Mindful Musings
Writing is one of my favorite forms of self-care. I firmly believe that the level of presence that I have in my life is correlated with my writing. The less often I write, the more it feels as if the weeks & months are flying by in a blur. The more I write, the more I have the ability to savor the full range of my experiences, practice gratitude, & learn the lessons that come with the hardships that I face. I will be including some of my reflections that pertain to my profession in this blog – my mindful musings, if you will. Follow along as I share tips, tricks, and inspiration regarding mental health & authentic living.
