I offer an integrative style of therapy that goes beyond traditional talk therapy by supporting your mind, body, and energy together.

Our work may include:

FOUNDATIONAL HEALING

ONGOING 60-MINUTE THERAPY SESSIONS

This is where our work begins. A consistent, supportive space to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself. In our 60-minute sessions, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you on a weekly or biweekly basis emotionally, mentally, and physically, using evidence-based approaches to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, align with your values, and create meaningful change. While this is grounded in traditional psychotherapy, I often weave in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and gentle mind-body connection, so your healing doesn’t stay stuck in your thoughts; it becomes something you can actually feel and live. 

 

ENERGY INTEGRATION THERAPY

PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH REIKI SUPPORT

This offering blends traditional psychotherapy with energy healing to support both the mind and the body in releasing what they’ve been holding. Sometimes, insight alone isn’t enough, especially when trauma or emotional residue is stored within the nervous system. In these sessions, Reiki is gently incorporated to help regulate your system, promote relaxation, and create space for deeper emotional processing. This approach is especially supportive for those who identify as sensitive, feel energetically overwhelmed, or sense that something is “stuck” but can’t fully explain why. Everything is offered in a grounded, consent-based way that honors your comfort and clinical care. 

 

INTUITIVE INSIGHT SESSIONS

TAROT-INFORMED THERAPEUTIC EXPLORATION

Therapeutic Tarot is a reflective, insight-oriented practice that blends intuitive guidance with clinical processing. Rather than predicting the future, tarot becomes a tool to help you explore your inner world, bringing clarity to patterns, emotions, and decisions you may already be sensing beneath the surface. In these sessions, we use the cards as a starting point for deeper conversation, connecting their symbolism to your lived experience and therapeutic goals. This offering is ideal for clients who feel drawn to spiritual exploration and want a meaningful, grounded way to integrate that into their healing process. 

 

DEEP DIVE SESSIONS

EXTENDED 90-120 MINUTE INTENSIVE THERAPY

For those who are ready to go deeper, extended sessions offer the time and space to move beyond surface-level processing into more focused, transformative work. These sessions are especially supportive when you’re feeling stuck, navigating a specific challenge, or wanting to accelerate your healing in a more immersive way. With additional time, we’re able to slow things down and work more intentionally, integrating multiple approaches such as deeper emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and when desired, Reiki or tarot. This allows you to explore and process your experience without feeling rushed or having to choose between modalities. 

 

Rates & Payments

“But how does payment work? And do you take insurance?”

I’m so glad you’re asking this question – it means you think this style might be a fit for you – but I know how tricky paying for
therapy can be!

I’m an out-of-network provider, which allows me to follow a holistic approach.
Each 60-minute session costs $175.

Insurance companies have very specific requirements for therapy they’ll reimburse. If you’re feeling drawn to a non-traditional
therapy experience, the practitioners you align with will almost certainly be out-of-network (like me!).

If holistic therapy isn’t a priority and traditional therapy sounds fine to you, I totally respect that! There’s no “right” and “wrong”
way to meet your full spectrum of needs.

But if you think we’re a match and the price is holding you back….

Many of my clients are able to get 50-80% of the cost reimbursed through their out-of-network insurance benefits!

A lot of people don’t know they have these benefits, so check your policy! If you’re not sure how, I’m happy to talk you through
it in our free consultation.

Payment ➤

You can pay for your services in a quick, easy, and secure manner from the comfort of your own phone through the Ivy Pay app. You will receive an invitation from me to download the app and add a debit or credit card to your account prior to beginning your sessions. Payment is due on the day of service.

Cancellation Policy ➤

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Good Faith Estimate ➤

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

The Process

Step 1: Free intro call

When I say “counseling services in California” I mean the whole state, so don’t hesitate to reach out, wherever you are! After you contact me, we’ll hop on a casual 15-minute call. We’ll talk about your situation, your goals, payment, and scheduling. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions you might have.

Step 2: Sign & schedule

If we’ve decided we’re a good match, I’ll send over your onboarding paperwork. Once that’s done, your first appointment is confirmed!

Step 3: Deep intake

Our first session is an intake – it’s all about setting a foundation so I can customize future sessions to you and your goals. We’ll dive deep into your backstory and clarify what you’re hoping to create through therapy in all areas of your life.

Step 4: Let’s get to work!

We’ll meet once a week for 60 minutes (keeping it frequent helps make meaningful change). Every session starts with blank space so you can bring up whatever is calling to you that day. If you don’t have a focus in mind, I’ll invite you to learn new skills that support your goals.
